Here’s how to craft these delicious treats:
Ingredients for Kabab Mixture:
- 1 cup chopped Capsicum
- 1 cup chopped Cabbage
- 1 cup chopped Green coriander
- 1 cup boiled Peas
- 2 tbsp chopped Green chilies
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili sauce
- 1 tbsp crushed Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
Ingredients for Flour Batter:
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- Water (as required)
Ingredients for Hariyali Kabab Preparation:
- Kabab mixture (as required)
- Flour batter (as required)
- Bread crumbs (as required)
- Oil (for frying, as required)
Instructions:
Prepare Kabab Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine chopped capsicum, cabbage, green coriander, peas, mashed potatoes, green chilies, soy sauce, chili sauce, crushed black pepper, red chili flakes, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Shape Kababs: Form the mixture into vertical kabab shapes and set them aside.
Prepare Flour Batter: In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, red chili powder, salt, and water to form a smooth, runny batter. Set aside.
Coat and Fry:
