Grandfather, Father, Uncle Get Death for Raping Teenage Girl

Gujranwala: An Additional District and Sessions Court on Tuesday sentenced three men to death for the repeated rape of a 14-year-old girl in Ibrahim Colony, Tatlay Aali.

The convicts — Faqir Hussain, his son Waqas Ali, and his other son Rahbar Ali — were found guilty of sexually assaulting the minor over an extended period. The court, presided over by Judge Waqar Mansoor Bariar, also imposed a fine of Rs200,000 on each of the accused.

According to police, the victim, whose mother is deceased, was repeatedly abused by her grandfather, father, and uncle. The case surfaced when the girl’s paternal aunt filed a complaint with the Tatlay Aali Police Station.

Following the registration of the FIR, police initiated an investigation and arrested all three accused. A detailed challan was submitted to the court, and the prosecution presented substantial evidence during the trial.

After reviewing the facts and testimonies, the court found all three men guilty and awarded the death penalty.

The case has sparked outrage and raised concerns about child safety and abuse within families, prompting calls for stronger mechanisms to protect vulnerable minors.
