Gold Prices Drop by Rs900

Islamabad: The price of 24-karat gold per tola recorded a decrease of Rs.900, settling at Rs.283,400 on Monday, down from Rs.284,300 on the previous trading day.

The rate for 10 grams of 24-karat gold also dropped by Rs.771, priced now at Rs.242,970 compared to Rs.243,741, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold declined to Rs.222,722 from Rs.223,430, as per the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.

Meanwhile, the prices of silver remained steady, with per tola silver priced at Rs.3,350 and 10 grams at Rs.2,872.08.

In the international market, the gold price decreased by $9, bringing it to $2,739 from the previous $2,748, according to the Association.
