Four killed in separate incidents in Swabi

At least four persons, including father and son, were shot dead in separate incidents on Saturday.

The armed incident took place in different parts of the district.

According to the local police, the victims, identified as Dyar Khan and his son Ali Rehman, were sitting in a hotel when their rivals opened indiscriminate fire at them near Khanda Mor in the limits of Chota Lahor.

Both of them died on the spot while a passerby also sustained injuries.

In another incident, a man, identified as Sham Bacha, was shot dead by his alleged rivals, identified as Naeem Jan, Nadir Khan and Bakhtiar.

Meanwhile, a man, identified as Mufti Afsar lodged a report with Kalu Khan police station that his son was killed by Abu Bakar and Ammad over a minor dispute.

The police have registered separate cases and investigations were underway till the filing of this report.
