Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has formally made its Investor Facilitation Cell (IFC) operational at its office in Sector G-13/14 to streamline investment-related matters.

According to an FGEHA spokesperson, the cell has been established within a record timeframe to ensure transparency, efficiency, and speed in the investment process while providing improved facilities for investors.

The initiative, he said, was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the Planning and Building Control Wing with strong support from the administration.

To further facilitate investors, FGEHA has allowed map approval against a 25% payment, simplifying and expediting the overall process.

The IFC will provide a range of services, including complete information on investment projects, guidance on application and registration procedures, timely redressal of complaints, and fast-track services in the Planning and Building Control Wing through modern technology.

“With the establishment of this cell, FGEHA has fulfilled yet another promise to investors and the public,” the spokesperson said, adding that the initiative will not only boost investor confidence but also contribute positively to the national economy.
