Approximately 80 residential properties, functioning as offices, schools, guest houses, beauty parlors, hostels, property offices, furniture showrooms, and more, have been identified for unauthorized commercial use.

Initial notices were served in March 2023, and a recent warning has reiterated the imperative for ceasing commercial operations in residential zones.

FGEHA is prepared to take decisive action to enforce regulatory compliance and halt violations in these sectors.
