Ingredients:
500 grams dates
1/2 pound almonds (roasted and ground)
1/2 pound pistachios (ground)
100 grams coconut
A pinch of cardamom powder
Method:
Remove the date kernels and heat the dates in the oven for 2 minutes.
Mix in the ground almonds, pistachios, and cardamom powder. Shape the mixture into rolls.
Garnish the rolls with coconut and refrigerate.
Once cooled, cut into bite-sized pieces.
