Eight Lives Lost in Multiple Incidents Across Pakistan

Islamabad: At least eight persons were killed and many others injured in separate incidents in different areas of Pakistan during the last 24 hours. 

In the first tragic incident,  four persons were killed after a car plunged into a deep ravine in Lower Chitral on Sunday morning.

According to Rescue 1122, the van was traveling from Lower Chitral to Upper Chitral when the driver lost control during heavy rain. 

The vehicle veered off a narrow road and fell into a ditch, resulting in the deaths of four individuals. Three others were rescued and taken to the district headquarters hospital.

Rescue personnel promptly arrived at the scene and transported the bodies of the deceased and the injured to the hospital.

Three Children Among 11 Injured in Karachi Cylinder Blast

A cylinder explosion in Orangi Town, Karachi, on Sunday left at least eleven people critically injured, including three children and a woman.

Rescue sources reported that the condition of three of the injured individuals is particularly severe. The blast not only caused significant injuries but also resulted in the destruction of a nearby house and damage to the wall of the affected residence.

Authorities have dispatched a police team to the scene to investigate the incident. The injured have been transported to Civil Hospital for treatment.

Minor Girl Killed, Another Injured in Lahore Roof Collapse

A two-year-old girl was killed and another child injured when the roof of a dilapidated house collapsed in the historical village of Padhana, Lahore, on Sunday.

According to reports, Rescue 1122 personnel swiftly removed the deceased and the injured from the debris and transported them to the hospital. Additional input from APP.
