Ingredients
For Roasted Chanay Powder
- Roasted chanay (1 cup)
For Sattu Protein Shake
- Milk (2 cups)
- Roasted chanay powder (1/4 cup)
For Dahi Sattu
- Yogurt (2 cups)
- Brown sugar (1/4 cup)
- Roasted chanay powder (1/4 cup)
- Water (1 ½ cups)
Directions
- In a grinder, add the roasted chanay and grind them well into a fine powder. Set aside.
- In a blender, add milk, roasted chanay powder, honey, and almonds. Blend well until smooth.
- Pour the shake into a glass and serve. Your Sattu Protein Shake is ready.
- In a bowl, add yogurt, brown sugar, roasted chanay powder, and water. Whisk it well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and serve. Your Dahi Sattu is ready to enjoy!
