According to Aftab Ali, one of the primary causes of the low pass rate is students’ inadequate preparation which necessitates the development of analytical abilities and a strong reading habit.
Many candidates under study and do not have a solid study strategy which results in subpar performance. Despite having three chances to pass the exam, he stated that many students drop out even before starting because they are frightened of failing.
Exam Trainer Musa stated that students only want degrees as a way to get access to jobs and do not appreciate the academic process. He continued, “They are more outcome-focused and seek quicker results.”
He emphasised that the CSS exam is more than just a knowledge test; it also measures a candidate’s intellectual capacity.
Passing the CSS test offers up a number of career prospects in Federal Government ministries and that it is a fiercely competitive and respected exam in Pakistan. Musa Khan recommended pupils to approach the exam with preparedness, confidence, and a growth mindset.
