Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has reiterated the Pakistan Army’s unwavering resolve to eradicate terrorism and emphasized the vital importance of Balochistan’s socio-economic development for ensuring national cohesion and integration.
Addressing participants of the 16th National Workshop Balochistan comprising parliamentarians, civil society members, bureaucrats, academics, media professionals, and youth the Army Chief strongly condemned India’s continued support for terror proxies. He termed these efforts a failed attempt to undermine the deep-rooted patriotism of the people of Balochistan.
Field Marshal Munir pointed out that following its defeat in Ma’arka-e-Haq, India has intensified its proxy warfare, using elements like Fitna-al-Khawarij and Fitna-al-Hindustan as instruments in its hybrid war against Pakistan. He assured that these proxies would meet the same fate as in Ma’arka-e-Haq, InshaAllah.

The session concluded with an open and candid interactive dialogue between the COAS and participants, reflecting mutual understanding and commitment to national development and security.
