Islamabad: Renowned Pakistani martial artist Ahmad Amin Bodla has added another feather to his cap by securing his 16th Guinness World Record.

Bodla’s latest achievement, the record for ‘Most One-Leg Push-Ups in 30 seconds while carrying 20 lbs of weight,’ has officially been approved by the Guinness World Records.

Reflecting on the journey, Bodla explained that the approval took three years, as the 30-second record category had been temporarily closed at the time of his attempt.

However, Guinness has since reinstated all previous record titles, allowing his record to be recognized.

Bodla also shared that his Guinness World Record for ‘Most Knuckle Push-Ups in One Minute,’ which he set in 2015, has now been officially acknowledged.

This remarkable feat continues to solidify Bodla’s position as a global figure in the martial arts community.
