Islamabad: Apple is gearing up for a dynamic 2025, with over 15 new product launches on the horizon. Following several releases earlier this year, the company is preparing to unveil a range of groundbreaking devices before the year concludes—including the much-anticipated iPhone 17 lineup and next-generation Macs powered by the M5 chip.

iPhone 17 Series
Apple’s 2025 iPhone lineup introduces several notable changes. The new iPhone 17 Air, which replaces the Plus model, will feature a sleeker design, a 6.6-inch display, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The standard iPhone 17 will get an improved front-facing camera and enhanced ProMotion technology.

The iPhone 17 Pro will come with a powerful A19 chip, a revamped camera system, and increased storage options, while the Pro Max model will feature a larger battery and reduced display cutouts. Apple is also rumored to debut an iPhone 17 Ultra, potentially replacing the Pro Max with a redesigned form factor and new features. Expected launch: September 2025.

M5 Macs and iPads
Apple will debut its M5 chip in the MacBook Pro, offering significant gains in processing power, battery life, and AI performance. The M5 iPad Pro will also launch this year, providing top-tier performance for demanding applications and next-level AI functionality. Expected release: Late 2025.

AirPods Pro 3
The AirPods Pro 3 will offer a refreshed, slimmer design, improved Active Noise Cancellation, and new health-tracking sensors. A capacitive button for easier pairing is also expected. While future versions may include cameras and more advanced AI features, those upgrades are likely reserved for later generations. Expected release: Late 2025.

Apple Watch Ultra 3 & Watch SE 3
The Apple Watch Ultra 3 will introduce advanced health features such as blood pressure monitoring and satellite messaging, alongside 5G support. Meanwhile, the Watch SE 3 will get a new processor and a larger screen, making it a more compelling option at a budget-friendly price. Expected release: September 2025.

Apple Home Products
Apple is expanding its smart home offerings with several new devices. The new HomePad smart hub, launching with homeOS, will feature a 6-inch display, FaceTime support, and integration with Apple Music and News. The HomePod mini 2 will follow with better sound, a new S-series chip, and improved Apple ecosystem integration. HomePad release: March 2025; HomePod mini 2: July–September 2025.

Apple TV 4K (2025)
The 2025 update to Apple TV 4K will focus on gaming and entertainment, with a new chip delivering better graphics, faster performance, and more precise visuals. Expected release: Mid-2025.

AirTag 2
The second-generation AirTag will feature an upgraded Ultra Wideband chip for greater range and precision, along with enhanced privacy protections. Expected release: May–June 2025.

Studio Display 2
Apple’s Studio Display 2 will retain its 27-inch size but introduce MiniLED technology for improved contrast and color accuracy, along with camera enhancements aimed at professional users. Expected release: Late 2025.

Apple Vision Pro and Pro Display XDR
A successor to the Apple Vision Pro headset—possibly named Vision Pro 2 or Vision Air—is anticipated for late 2025 or early 2026. Featuring the new M5 chip, it will deliver an upgraded Apple Intelligence experience. Apple is also expected to release an updated Pro Display XDR, further targeting professionals in creative and mixed-reality fields.

With this expansive lineup, Apple’s 2025 product roadmap is shaping up to be one of its most ambitious yet, spanning major upgrades across mobile devices, wearables, computing, smart home, and mixed reality technologies.
