Abbottabad: In a move to foster good governance and enhance public service, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Abbottabad, Snaullah Khan, has launched an Open Door Policy, following the directives of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This initiative aims to provide citizens with a direct platform to voice their issues and concerns.

Under the new policy, the Deputy Commissioner will meet with the public daily to listen to their grievances and take immediate action to resolve their problems.

The initiative seeks to improve communication between government institutions and the public, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly. The Deputy Commissioner’s office has been made fully accessible to citizens, enabling them to meet directly with officials.
