Lahore Experiences Scattered Light Rainfall

Lahore: Scattered light rain was observed in various parts of Lahore on Wednesday, with the MET office predicting similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
According to MET officials, a low-pressure area is approaching southeast Sindh, while a shallow westerly wave is present over the upper parts of the country.
They forecasted that mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most regions. However, isolated rain, wind, and thundershowers are likely in upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, southeastern Sindh, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly areas.
Rainfall was recorded in several cities across the country. The highest temperature on Wednesday was recorded in Nokkundi, where the mercury reached 41°C, while Lahore experienced a maximum of 33.4°C and a minimum of 23.8°C.
