9 Injured in Swabi PS Blast Still Under Treatment

Peshawar: Police and hospital sources confirmed that nine individuals injured in the blast at the City police station in Swabi are still receiving medical treatment, while 24 have been discharged after recovery.
The explosion, which injured a total of 33 people, including policemen, detainees, and passersby, prompted authorities to transport the victims to various hospitals for treatment.
According to reports, 12 injured individuals were taken to Bacha Khan Medical Complex and Shah Mansoor Hospital in Swabi. Of these, one person succumbed to their injuries, six were discharged, and the remaining five are still hospitalized, with one patient in the ICU.
Three patients were discharged on Saturday, leaving two still under treatment at these hospitals. One patient at Bacha Khan Medical Complex is scheduled for surgery on Monday.
In addition, 23 injured were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital Swabi, where a child named Iqtidar tragically succumbed to his injuries.
Fifteen of the injured have been discharged, while seven are still receiving care. The condition of all remaining injured patients is reported to be stable.
Police have assured that all injured individuals are receiving free medical treatment.
