4.5 Magnitude Earthquake Jolts Various Parts of KP

Islamabad: A 4.5 magnitude earthquake shook District Swat, Mingora, Shangla, Malakand, Batkhela, and surrounding areas of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Monday. No immediate reports of damage or casualties have been received.
According to a private news channel, residents rushed out of their homes and shops in fear, reciting the ‘Kalma Tayyaba’ as the tremors struck.
The Seismological Center reported that the earthquake had a depth of 151 kilometers, with its epicenter located in the Hindu Kush mountain range.
