Rawalpindi: Pakistan’s security forces successfully repelled two infiltration attempts by Indian-sponsored Khawarij terrorists along the Pak-Afghan border in North Waziristan, eliminating 30 militants in precise, intelligence-based operations, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The infiltration attempts took place during the nights of July 1–2 and July 2–3 in the Hassan Khel area of North Waziristan District.

Security forces, acting swiftly upon detecting militant movements, neutralized all infiltrators affiliated with the Indian proxy group Fitna al Khawarij. A large cache of arms, ammunition, and explosives was recovered.

ISPR praised the professionalism and readiness of the forces, noting their decisive action averted a major threat to national security. The statement called on Afghan authorities to prevent the use of their soil by hostile foreign proxies targeting Pakistan.

“The Pakistan Army remains resolute in eliminating Indian-sponsored terrorism and defending the country’s sovereignty,” the military’s spokesperson added.
