Karachi: Actors Zahid Ahmed and Zara Noor Abbas are pairing up for the first time in the upcoming drama Dil Dhoondta Hai Phir Wohi, produced under the banner of Abbas’ husband’s production house. The series is set to air soon on Express TV.

Written by Rida Bilal and directed by Adnan Sarwar, the drama explores the theme of dementia in young individuals through a tragic love story. Zahid Ahmed, reflecting on his role, said he enjoyed the performance space the script allowed him, calling the project “a special experience.”

The newly released trailer offers a glimpse of Zara and Zahid as a couple facing the devastating impact of memory loss. The teaser highlights both the emotional unraveling of Zahid’s character and the struggles of a wife watching her husband fade away while still alive.
