Tehran: Amid ongoing American and Israeli strikes across Iran, Iranians have shown resilience, taking to the streets during Quds Day rallies to express solidarity with Palestinians.

Crowds chanted “Allahu Akbar” fearlessly, signaling defiance despite aerial attacks and military pressure. In a notable moment, a woman explained the meaning of the phrase to Americans, saying it represents God’s greatness, “even greater than American warplanes,” emphasizing that citizens feel no fear when bombed or overflown.

Why Is Tehran Accusing the UAE Over Kharg Island?

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf condemned the United States’ role in the conflict, stating that America only prioritizes Israel.

In a statement from Tehran, he said American military bases in the Middle East are a threat to regional security and fail to protect local populations. Qalibaf added that “America sacrifices everyone for Israel” and urged the world to recognize the imbalance of US policy in the region.

UAE Denies Iranian Claims Over Kharg Attack

The United Arab Emirates rejected Tehran’s accusation that US forces used Emirati territory to attack Kharg Island, a major Iranian oil export hub.

Anwar Gargash, diplomatic advisor to the Emirati president, described Iran’s claims as “confused and lacking intelligence,” stressing that the UAE retains the right to defend itself while prioritizing reason and diplomacy.

Following increasing Iranian missile and drone attacks, Israel reportedly faces a shortage of ballistic missile interceptors.

An American news website reported that Israel has informed the United States of its dwindling defensive supplies. 

Israeli military spokesman Avichi Adrai warned that any civilian trucks moving along the Lebanese coastline could be targeted, highlighting the risk of escalation in the conflict.

The UAE criticized Iran’s recent missile and drone attacks on Gulf countries, calling them a manifestation of military weakness and moral bankruptcy.
