Islamabad: The ‘Rajanpuri Nukry’ animals have emerged as a star attraction at the Bhatta Chowk cattle market in Islamabad this year. With their striking white coats and muscular builds, these animals are drawing large crowds and generating high demand among animal enthusiasts and potential buyers.

According to a report by a state-run news channel, 15 white Rajanpuri Nukry animals have arrived at the Islamabad Mandi, captivating visitors — particularly families and children — who are admiring their beauty and inquiring about prices.

“These animals are gaining a lot of attention,” said Fida Hussain, the owner. “Four of them are priced at an impressive 2.5 million rupees each, reflecting their premium quality.”

The remaining animals are available at a variety of price points, offering options for buyers with different budgets. “We’ve tried to make these animals accessible to a broader range of customers,” Hussain added.

The market is buzzing with activity as families visit to view the animals, negotiate prices, and enjoy the festive atmosphere. “It’s a great experience — we’re not just here to buy but to enjoy seeing these beautiful animals,” said a visitor.

In addition to discussing prices, many visitors are taking selfies with the majestic beasts, eager to capture the moment. “It’s become a bit of a photo opportunity,” said another seller with a smile.

Fida Hussain praised the breed, emphasizing the Rajanpuri Nukry’s notable traits. “These animals are known for their solid physique, gleaming white coats, and strong build,” he said. “They also have a hearty appetite and enjoy a variety of foods.”

The presence of these premium animals is not only boosting market activity but also adding excitement and charm to the pre-Eid cattle trade season in the capital.
