WhatsApp Introduces Voice Commands for Photo Editing

Islamabad: Meta has integrated artificial intelligence (AI) into several of its apps, including WhatsApp and Instagram.

With the introduction of MetaAI, users can now ask questions and create images.

At the Yetta Connect conference, the company announced significant upgrades to MetaAI, including the ability to respond to voice commands. The AI assistant can also chat using the voices of various famous personalities, such as John Cena.

In addition to voice chat, new image-editing features are being rolled out for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. Users will be able to edit photos and modify content by adding or removing objects—all through voice commands.

MetaAI is being enhanced with updates from the Lama 3.2 model to support these new features, which will be available to users in the coming weeks.
