The conference saw representatives from major political parties come together, demanding an immediate ceasefire and urgent international intervention.
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also attended the event, which reflected a broad cross-section of Pakistani society.
The declaration expressed deep concern over Israel’s ongoing brutality and genocide against Palestinians, highlighting the repeated calls for ceasefire from various international bodies, including the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the UN.
The parties condemned Israel’s expansion of conflict and its continued violations of international law, including its actions in Lebanon and the West Bank. They emphasized their support for the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination and called for the withdrawal of Israeli forces from occupied territories.

The APC urged the international community to take swift measures to prevent further Israeli aggression and support diplomatic efforts for peace in the region. It called for an Emergency Summit of the OIC to address the situation in Palestine and stressed the need for unity among Islamic nations.
The APC reiterated its support for UN resolutions calling for an end to the Israeli occupation and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to providing humanitarian assistance to Palestinians. The conference also decided to observe November 29, 2024, as a Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.
In addition, the APC reaffirmed the right of the Kashmiri people to self-determination and called for the resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in line with the wishes of the Kashmiri populace and relevant UNSC resolutions.
