Islamabad: Elevate your pasta night with a fun and tasty Spaghetti Bread Boat! This recipe transforms classic spaghetti into a delightful handheld meal.

Ingredients for the Filling:

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Ingredients for Assembling:

  • French Bread
  • Prepared spaghetti filling (from above)
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chicken mince and cook until it changes color.
  2. Add the chopped onion, ginger, and garlic paste. Cook for one minute.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste, chili sauce, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, red chili powder, salt, and soy sauce. Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix thoroughly with the sauce.
  5. Cut a pocket lengthwise into the French bread, removing some of the interior to create space for the filling.
  6. Fill the bread pocket with the spaghetti mixture.
  7. Top generously with cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve your delicious Spaghetti Boat!
