Warm Days, Dry Skies Forecast for 24 Hours

Lahore/Karachi: Dry weather continued to prevail in Lahore on Monday, and the Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast similar conditions for the next 24 hours in most parts of the country, including Sindh province.
According to Met Office officials, continental air is dominating much of the country, resulting in largely dry weather nationwide. Daytime temperatures are expected to remain above normal in several regions, while northern areas are likely to experience cold conditions during the night and early morning hours.
On Monday, the lowest temperature in the country was recorded in Leh, where the mercury dropped to minus seven degrees Celsius. In Lahore, the minimum temperature was recorded at 18 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, the Met Office predicted that predominantly dry weather would prevail across most districts of Sindh over the next 24 hours. However, daytime temperatures in the province are also expected to stay above normal.
Authorities have advised citizens to take necessary precautions amid rising daytime temperatures, particularly during afternoon hours.
