Voting Underway in Final Phase of 18th Lok Sabha Elections

Islamabad: Voting in the seventh and final phase of India’s 18th Lok Sabha elections is underway today (Saturday).

According to Indian media, voters are casting their ballots for 57 parliamentary seats across eight states and Union Territories, as well as 42 seats in the Odisha Assembly.

The outcome of this phase will be crucial in determining the political futures of several high-profile leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Lalu Prasad’s elder daughter, and actress Kangana Ranaut.

The election results are scheduled to be announced on June 4.
