Twitter Likely to Introduce YouTube Ticker App

Islamabad: There are reports that Twitter is gearing up to introduce a ticker application for streaming YouTube content.

According to sources, Twitter’s CEO, along with experts, is actively developing this application, with Elon Musk also confirming its development.

Initially, the application will be integrated into Smart Televisions, providing users with the option to watch lengthy videos from Twitter on their TV screens.

Eventually, it will be extended to mobile and desktop users. The application will be linked to Twitter, allowing users to view major videos uploaded on the platform directly on their TV screens.

Future plans include offering the application to content creators akin to YouTube, with monetization possibilities.

However, the exact timeline for the release and the name of the application remain unclear, though it’s anticipated to launch by the end of the year.
