Tribal Chief Among Four Killed in Jani Khel Gun Attack

Bannu: Unidentified gunmen opened fire on a moving vehicle in the Jani Khel area of Bannu on Tuesday, killing four people, including a tribal chief, and injuring four others.

According to police sources, the deceased have been identified as Malik Shadi Khel, Ajab Khan, Ajmal, and a woman. The injured include a woman and two children, who were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

The assailants fled the scene after the attack, and law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation to determine the motive behind the shooting and apprehend the culprits.

The incident has caused panic in the area, prompting authorities to heighten security in the region.
