Tragic Day: Woman Killed, Family of Four Shot

Islamabad: In tragic separate incidents on Wednesday, a woman was allegedly murdered by her husband, and four members of a family were fatally shot under mysterious circumstances.

In the first case, a woman named Shamshad Mirani was reportedly murdered by her husband in the village of Hayat Malik, Gotkhi district.

Relatives of the deceased stated that Shamshad had married Ramzan Malik of her own choice two years ago. They allege that she was killed by her husband and his family, who fled the scene after abandoning her body.

Upon receiving the report, a police team arrived at the location, transferring the body to a hospital for autopsy. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.

In a separate incident, four members of a family were shot dead by an individual named Lakho Bhel in the village of Ali Jan Marri, within the jurisdiction of Jhul Police Station in Sanghar.

According to police sources, the victims identified as Ranjhio Bhel, Darki Bhel, Kanga Bai, and Radha Bhel—included two men and two women. The assailant allegedly murdered his brother, sister, son-in-law, and sister-in-law.

The suspect fled immediately after the killings, prompting police to conduct multiple raids in pursuit of his arrest. The bodies were taken to Civil Hospital in Sanjhoro and Jhul village for necessary legal procedures before being released to their families.

Local authorities have expressed confidence in apprehending the suspect soon as investigations continue.
