Three DSPs Suspended for Misconduct

Lahore: Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr Usman Anwar has taken stern disciplinary action by issuing suspension orders for three Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs). The suspensions are due to misconduct, inefficiency, and poor performance.
According to the details, DSP Muhammad Shehbaz Gul, Headquarters Sahiwal and former SDPO Dehli Gate Multan, suspended for assisting the land mafia.
DSP Muhammad Aslam, SDPO Sadar Jhang, suspended for wrongly naming two innocent individuals in an FIR and issuing an illegal detention order.
DSP Saleem Haider Shah, SDPO Baragarh Nankana Sahib, suspended for benefiting suspects in various cases and issuing a false FIR.
The IG Punjab emphasized that the police force adheres to a strict system of accountability and assured that further legal action will be taken against the suspended DSPs in accordance with rules and regulations.
