Terrorist Attack Foiled in Lakki Marwat

Islamabad: Security officials have foiled a terrorist attack on a police check-post in Lakki Marwat district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa on Thursday.

No loss of life was reported as the timely response of enforcers at the Manjewala police check post forced the attackers to flee.

According to DPO Lucky Marwat, the assailants escaped due to timely retaliatory firing by the police. DPO Lucky Marwat also confirms that there was no loss of life due to the terrorists’ gunfire.
