Addressing the issue, she said:
“You’re referring to what has been said about me. I’ve never responded to criticism regarding my personal life because I consider it private. I choose to keep such matters within my family. I only share aspects that may help others—like speaking about mental health and depression. Remaining silent doesn’t mean I was wrong; it means I prioritize my peace of mind. I focus on healing myself before facing the world. My family is my top priority, and I want them to truly understand me.”
She also talked about her on-screen roles, adding:
“In Geo TV’s drama Beylagaam, I played a very negative character. In reality, I’m not like that at all, but acting allows me to channel those sides through my roles. It brings a certain excitement to my life. Another project where I portrayed a negative character was a drama called Bichoo.”
