Suspected Trafficker Held, Large Quantity of Narcotics Seized

Rawalpindi: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has made a significant breakthrough in its ongoing battle against drug trafficking with the arrest of a suspected trafficker and the seizure of a substantial drug haul during separate operations across the country.
In a noteworthy operation conducted by the ANF Sialkot office, authorities recovered over 10 kilograms of narcotics, along with weapons, and apprehended a drug dealer.
The operation, which took place in Tehsil Daska, Sialkot, was a joint effort between the ANF and Punjab Police. During this operation, a total of 10.2 kilograms of drugs were seized, alongside two motorcycles and various weapons.
The accused, who attempted to flee the scene, engaged in a gunfight with the ANF team, firing an AK-47 and a 30 bore pistol.

Despite the resistance, the ANF team successfully apprehended the suspect.
This operation marks a significant achievement in the ANF’s efforts to curb drug trafficking, according to an ANF spokesman.
