Sultans Coach Alex Joins Players in Ramazan Fasting

Islamabad: Former England cricketer Alex Hartley, who currently serves as the spin bowling coach for the Multan Sultans, has shared that she has decided to observe fasting during Ramadan along with the players of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 9 team.

Acknowledging the significance of Ramazan, Hartley expressed her curiosity to experience fasting firsthand, particularly during cricket matches in the evening.

“It’s Ramazan, and with all the players fasting, I wanted to understand the challenges they face while playing cricket,” she mentioned in an interview with BBC Five Live Sport.
