Step-by-Step Guide to Making Mango Lab-e-Shireen at Home

Ingredients:

  • Water: 1 – 1.5 cups
  • Mango jelly: 1 pack
  • Strawberry jelly: 1 pack
  • Mango chunks (diced): 1 cup
  • Milkpak Full Cream Milk: 1 liter
  • Sugar: 2/3 cup
  • Milkpak Full Cream Milk: ¼ cup
  • Pistachios: ¼ cup
  • Almonds: ¼ cup
  • Raisins: ¼ cup

Directions:

  1. In a pan, add water and bring it to a boil. Add the mango jelly, mix well, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Repeat the process with strawberry jelly by adding water to a pan, bringing it to a boil, adding the strawberry jelly, mixing well, and cooking for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
  3. In a jar, blend the mango chunks until smooth. Set the mango puree aside.
  4. In a pan, add the Milkpak Full Cream Milk and bring it to a boil. Add colorful vermicelli and cook until it becomes soft and non-sticky.
  5. Add the mango puree to the vermicelli mixture and mix well.
  6. In a cup, mix mango custard with ¼ cup of Milkpak Full Cream Milk until smooth.
  7. Add the prepared custard mixture to the vermicelli and mix well.
  8. In a bowl, combine the prepared mango vermicelli custard mixture with pistachios, almonds, raisins, and the remaining mango puree. Mix well.
  9. Finally, add the fruit cocktail, mango chunks, mango jelly, strawberry jelly, and Milkpak Dairy Cream. Mix everything together thoroughly.
