Ingredients for Dough:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- Water (as required)
Ingredients for Mince Mixture:
- 1 cup green coriander (chopped)
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
Ingredients for Keema Egg Paratha:
- Prepared dough (as required)
- Prepared mince mixture (as required)
- Beaten eggs (as required)
- Ghee (as required)
Directions:
- Prepare the Dough:
In a bowl, add flour, salt, oil, and water. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes, covered with cling film. - Prepare the Mince Mixture:
In another bowl, combine chicken mince, green coriander, chopped onion, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix well and set aside. - Shape the Paratha:
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Take one part and roll it into a flat circle using a rolling pin. - Fill the Paratha:
Spread the chicken mince mixture evenly on the rolled-out dough and pour a little beaten egg over it. Carefully fold the dough from each side, creating a square shape. - Cook the Paratha:
