Qatar calls for united response

The Israeli strike in Doha, which targeted Hamas officials, killed at least seven people and triggered anger across the Arab world.

Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani denounced the attack as reckless, warning it endangered the security of the entire Gulf region.

“There will be a response from the region, which is currently being discussed with other partners,” he told reporters, accusing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of dragging the region into “chaos.”
