Shaheen Afridi Gifted Bat to Khwaja for PSL Performance

Islamabad: Captain Shaheen Shah Afridi gifted his bat to Quetta Gladiators’ Khawaja Nafi for his brilliant batting against the defending champions Lahore Qalandars in the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Quetta Gladiators defeated Lahore Qalandars by 5 wickets in the fourth match of PSL 9 yesterday.

Lahore Qalandars had set Quetta a target of 188 runs for victory, which the Gladiators achieved on the first ball of the 20th over.

Khawaja Nafi of the Gladiators played an unbeaten knock of 60 runs. His 31-ball innings included 3 sixes and 4 fours.

After the match, Lahore Qalandars’ captain Shaheen Afridi gifted his bat to Khawaja Nafi for his excellent batting performance.

In a video message shared on social media, Khawaja Nafi expressed his gratitude, saying, “Shaheen Afridi gave me this bat for my innings today. I hope to continue playing such innings in the future.”
