Seven Killed, Several Injured in Makran Highway Crash

Islamabad: At least seven people, including a child, were killed and several others injured in a head-on collision between two vehicles on the Makran Coastal Highway early Saturday morning.
Rescue sources said the accident occurred in the Maneji area after a broken-down bowser was parked on the road, leading to the collision.

Eight people, including a woman, sustained injuries in the mishap.
Rescue teams and Coastal Highway Police shifted the injured and the deceased to Ormara Hospital for medical treatment and legal formalities.

Two Injured as Truck Plunges into Ravine Near Rakhi Gaaj
Two people were injured when a truck fell into a deep ravine near Steel Pull, Rakhi Gaaj on the Fort Munro Road on Saturday morning, rescue officials said.
The accident occurred when an empty Hino truck traveling from Sakhi Sarwar towards Balochistan lost control while giving way to another vehicle.
The injured were identified as Aziz Ullah (31), who suffered a fractured left leg, and Akhtar (32), who sustained minor injuries. Both are residents of Sanjawi, Balochistan.
Rescue teams, along with police, reached the site promptly, retrieved the victims, provided first aid, and shifted them to THQ Hospital Khar, Fort Munro for further treatment. Officials confirmed the rescue operation was completed successfully.
