Scorching Heat, Dry Spell Grip Sukkur Division

Sukkar: The Sukkar Met Office has forecast that due to the ongoing heatwave in the region, temperatures in Sukkur division could reach between 47.5°C and 48°C on Wednesday.

The very hot and dry weather will continue to prevail across the division for the next 24 hours. The maximum temperature recorded in the last 24 hours was 46.3°C.

The forecast also predicts continued very hot and dry conditions for Sukkur division.

Sukkur in Summer  

Sukkur, situated in the Sindh province of Pakistan, endures extremely hot and dry summers. The summer season typically extends from April to September, with temperatures frequently reaching intense levels.
