Saudi Crown Prince Salman’s Visit to Pakistan Postponed

Islamabad: The much-discussed visit of the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman, has been postponed for over a month now, according to official sources.
Previously, official sources had disclosed that he would visit Pakistan on May 19, but it is now known that his visit has been postponed until both parties agree on a new mutually acceptable schedule.
The invitation for the visit to Pakistan was extended by Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif during his visit to Saudi Arabia, which the Saudi Crown Prince had accepted.
Crown Prince Salman Likely to Visit Pakistan from May 10 to 15
High diplomatic sources suggest that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman might visit Pakistan immediately after Hajj and Eid al-Adha, possibly in the third week of June.
The schedule for this visit will also be announced by both countries after Eid. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has previously visited Pakistan.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, Mumtaz Zehra Baloch, once the schedule for his visit is finalized, it will be made public.
