Russian Soldiers’ Wives Demand End to Ukraine War

Islamabad: Wives Russian soldiers deployed to Ukraine have staged protests, resulting in the arrest of several individuals, including two journalists, according to international reports.

The demonstrations took place in Moscow, where soldiers’ wives gathered to mark the second anniversary of Russia’s involvement in the Ukrainian conflict. The women called for the return of their husbands from the war zone.
