Rs 2M Released For Police Employees’ Medical Treatment

Lahore: Punjab Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Usman Anwar has authorised the release of over Rs 2 million for the medical treatment of police employees and their families.

The funds include the following:

Rs 1 million for Sub-Inspector Mahboob Hussain’s kidney transplant.

Rs 500,000 for the wife of the late Assistant of Sub-Inspector (ASI) Abdul Ghaffar’s cancer treatment.

Rs 100,000 each for Constable Haris Saqib’s leg surgery, Head Constable Amir Ali Khan’s gallbladder surgery, and Constable Sajjad Hussain’s leg treatment.

Additional funds for other medical needs.

The grant is approved by a committee led by Additional IG Welfare and Finance.
