Roads Reopen in Karachi After Iranian President’s Departure

Islamabad: Following the departure of the Iranian President, the roads leading to Governor House have been reopened to traffic. 

Sources mentioned on Wednesday that the route from Lucky Star to Shahrah Faisal has also been cleared for commuters.

Additionally, the road from Metropol Chowrangi to PIDC and Ziauddin Ahmed Road have been reopened.

However, it’s reported that the flyover from Lucky Star to Jinnah Hospital remains closed. Traffic police have confirmed the removal of containers from the main roads of the city, placing them aside.

During the Iranian President’s visit to Karachi, several roads were closed to general traffic by the placement of containers.
