Recount Confirms PML-N Success in PK-40

Islamabad: Recounting of 173 polling stations has been completed in PK-40 Provincial Assembly seat of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

After the recount, PML-N leader Shah Jahan Yusuf has been declared successful.

In this regard, PTI-backed independent candidate Shakoor Laghmani had requested a recount.

Form 47 of PK-40 has been released according to which Sardar Shah Jahan Yusuf got 43,014 votes while Shakur Laghmani got 42,918 votes.
