Rainfall Expected In Eastern Sindh From Sept 16: PMD

Karachi: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) projects rainfall in eastern Sindh districts as moderate monsoon currents are likely to penetrate the area on September 16th evening.
Under its influence, dust storms and rain are likely to occur in Tharparker, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas, Sanghar, Khairpur, Badin, Sujawal, Thatta, and Jamshoro Districts during September 16-18.
PMD states that partly cloudy weather is expected in Karachi over the next 24 hours. The maximum and minimum temperatures recorded in Karachi were 33°C and 26°C, respectively, during the last 24 hours.
According to the Met Office, hot and humid weather is expected in most plain areas of the country.
However, rain, wind, and thunder are expected at isolated places in the Potohar region, Northeast Punjab, Southeast Sindh, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly areas.
