Rain-Wind Expected In Most Parts Of Country: PMD

Islamabad: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicts rain-wind/thundershower is expected in Potohar region, Islamabad, upper Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. Hot and humid weather is expected elsewhere in the country.

A westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country. Monsoon currents from Arabian Sea are penetrating in upper parts.

According to PMD, mostly cloudy and windy with chances of light rain is expected in Karachi over the next 24 hours.

The maximum and minimum temperatures recorded in Karachi were 32°C and 26°C, respectively, during the last 24 hours.
