Rain Likely in Parts of Balochistan, Sindh

Islamabad: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicted the likelihood of rain and snowfall in various regions including Balochistan, Sindh, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir today (Sunday).
The Met Office reports also indicate that rainfall has been ongoing in several parts of Balochistan, particularly in Gwadar, since late last night.
A series of western winds entered Balochistan yesterday (Saturday), leading to the anticipation of rain in 28 districts of Balochistan and snowfall on the mountains of Ziarat, Quetta, Chaman, Pashin, Qila Abdullah, and Qila Saifullah from today until March 13.
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) in Balochistan has issued an alert in light of the expected rains and snowfall.
