The day will be observed to express political and moral support for the people of Kashmir in their struggle for self-determination.

Earlier, the Sindh School Education Department had extended revised school timings across the province due to persistent cold weather. Under the revised schedule, all public and private schools will open at 9:00am until February 4.

Officials said the decision was taken after reviewing ongoing weather conditions, citing health concerns for children, particularly the risk of seasonal illnesses caused by early morning cold.
