PTI Leader Rauf Hasan Attacked, Case Filed

Islamabad: A case has been registered against the attack on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Secretary of Information, Rauf Hasan.
The case was filed at the Aabpara police station in Islamabad, with Rauf Hasan as the complainant. The charges include attempted murder, threats to kill, and other allegations.
The FIR (First Information Report) by PTI leader Rauf Hasan has been lodged against unknown transgender individuals.
According to the text of the FIR, the attack occurred while he was heading towards the parking lot after participating in a TV program. A person who appeared to be a transgender individual stopped him and attacked him.
He stated that during this time, three more individuals who appeared to be transgender arrived and launched a deadly attack. They tried to slit his throat with a sharp object to kill him. When he moved back to save himself, his face got cut with the sharp object.
The PTI leader also mentioned in the FIR that a similar attack was attempted two days ago in the Blue Area.
It is noteworthy that the previous day, PTI’s central secretary of information, Rauf Hasan, was attacked by transgender individuals with a blade at G-7 Center in Islamabad, resulting in injuries to his face.
